🔧 Tech Stack

• Delphi

• C# / .NET

• SQL

• Exposure to financial or fintech software is a big advantage

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core applications and supporting services

• Work across the full SDLC with strong engineering standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

• (Senior roles) Mentor junior developers and take technical ownership

• (Senior roles) Lead by example and contribute to architectural decisions

🎓 What You Bring

• Solid experience with Delphi, C#, and SQL

• Ideally a technical degree or equivalent experience

• Background in fintech or financial systems is highly desirable

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and a proactive approach

• Leadership or mentoring experience for senior positions
