Junior Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Technician Location: Essex Up To 30K + Benefits

Kick-start your IT career with a hands-on role supporting our infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. You’ll help manage servers, networks, cloud services, and security tools while providing 1st/2nd line support to our customers.

What You’ll Do • Support and troubleshoot servers, networks, VMware, Azure, and security systems • Handle incidents via phone, email, and our ticketing system • Manage patching, updates, builds, and routine maintenance • Assist with vulnerability scanning and compliance tasks • Install and configure hardware and software • Occasional travel to client sites or data centres

What You’ll Bring • Experience in IT support or infrastructure • Knowledge of Microsoft OS, 365/Azure AD, networking, and cybersecurity basics • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with VMware, SQL, or IP telephony is a bonus
